Delete Your Account

Learn how to permanently delete your La Pura Chuleta account and associated personal data.

Delete account in the mobile app

  1. Open the La Pura Chuleta customer app on your device.
  2. Go to Account from the bottom navigation or menu.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Delete account on the website

  1. Sign in at lapurachuleta.com.
  2. Open My Account from your profile menu.
  3. Click Delete Account in the top-right corner.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Data that will be deleted

  • Your account profile information (name, email, phone number, and profile photo).
  • Saved delivery addresses.
  • Wishlists, cart contents, and notification preferences linked to your account.

Data that may be retained

  • Order and transaction records required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
  • Payment records processed by third-party payment providers, subject to their retention policies.
